End User License Agreement

The legal agreement between you and aysobeka (dba PromptifyApp).

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and aysobeka (dba PromptifyApp). It governs your use of the PromptifyApp browser extension.

1. License Grant

PromptifyApp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the extension strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the extension.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the extension.

3. Intellectual Property

The extension, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of aysobeka (dba PromptifyApp).
  • Your Inputs and Outputs: You retain all ownership rights to the original text prompts you submit ("Inputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PromptifyApp assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in the Outputs generated from your Inputs.
  • License to Process: By submitting Inputs, you grant PromptifyApp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your Inputs and Outputs strictly for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or aysobeka (dba PromptifyApp). aysobeka (dba PromptifyApp) may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws and dispute resolution terms specified in the PromptifyApp Terms of Service.
