Thank you for choosing PromptifyApp, a brand of aysobeka. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how our subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro and Elite subscriptions for first-time purchases only. If you are not satisfied with PromptifyApp Pro or Elite for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.
- To request a refund, please reach out via our contact form with the email address associated with your account.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Billing
- Auto-Renewal: Your Pro or Elite tier subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.
- Payment Processor: Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card information.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice via email. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard in the 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section.
- Important: Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the dashboard.
- Access: You will retain Pro or Elite tier features until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation. No further payments will be taken.
4. Refunds After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of a billing cycle.
- We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds in exceptional cases.
5. Use of Service and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By purchasing and accessing PromptifyApp, you expressly agree to immediate access to digital services.
- Where applicable under local law (including EU and UK), your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has been used or accessed.
- Refunds are not available once credits are partially or fully consumed.
- This may affect eligibility for refunds under local consumer protection laws.
6. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Users)
Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom.
- Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory consumer rights.
- This includes rights related to services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact our support team via our contact form to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
- Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of access to your account while the issue is reviewed.
